Madrid Stocks End Session Slightly Higher

IBEX-35 ends 0.7% higher at 7607.70, putting an end to a four-day losing streak, as investors take some comfort in an attempt by China's central bank to soothe worries about rising financing costs for the country's banks. Inditex, which has big operations in China, is the biggest gainer, rising 2.7%, while ArcelorMittal gains 2.3%. The biggest losers are Abengoa, down 3.8%, and Bankinter, off 3.7%. Repsol, whose board of directors is set to meet Wednesday to discuss a compensation offer for YPF from Argentina's government, ends 0.4% higher.
